At Mustard, we want your home to feel just right, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items in their original condition. If your new piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, our team is here to help you find a better match or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mustard account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Mustard boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they remain safe during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
