Standard shipping for in-stock items typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to schedule a delivery window.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Mustard ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your order status directly through your Mustard account dashboard under 'Order History'.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability. Our wood furniture is FSC-certified, and we use OEKO-TEX certified fabrics to ensure our products are safe for your home and the environment.
